As a former builder/contractor, with a degree in
Building Construction, Ken brings a deep as well as
broad knowledge of the building and construction
process to every project.

in the new field,
as a third party verifier, known as a GreenPoint
Rater.
Ken is one of the only Certified Green Point Raters
in Marin County for New Home, Existing Home and
Multi-Family Home projects. Ken focuses his expertise
and efforts as a Certifed GreenPoint Rater and
Green
Building expert exclusively--not in conjunction
with contracting,
building, architecture etc.
